21st June 2021 on ‘International Yoga Day’. The overarching theme was ‘Yoga for Well Being’. The webinar was conducted under the guidance of the Manager Dr. Anil Kumar Agarwal and the Principal Dr. Sunita Kumar. The Coordinator Dr. Mamta Dogra started the program with the greetings to the guests and students. From the organizing Committee Miss Sogra Khatoon, student of B.A. Semester 6 delivered welcome speech and hosted the programme. Dr. Sunita Kumar, Principal NSN PG College inaugurated the session giving her blessing to the students and motivated them with her enthusiastic words. She also explained the benefits of Yoga during the pandemic of Covid-19.

Many students presented power point presentations on various topics related to yoga. Miss Sneh Prabha, student of semester 6 presented ppt on Benefits of Yoga in Daily Life and delivered a poem on Yoga. Miss Sogra Khatoon presented ppt on Ashtang Yog, Miss Pooja Maurya presented ppt on Pranayama, Miss Chandani Yadav presented ppt on Shat Kriyas and Miss Shahana Bano presented ppt on Misconceptions about Yoga. A video was shown by the students performing different asanas. A Quiz was conducted by Shahana Bano for the teachers. Slogans on yoga were also presented by few students. Vote of thanks was given by Shahana Bano, student semester 6, Department of Physical Education.

Dr. Suman Mishra, and Dr. Aisha Fatmi shared their valuable views with students on Yoga. Manager Dr. Anil Kumar Agarwal, Principal Dr. Sunita Kumar and Coordinator, Dr. Mamta Dogra played an important role for successfully conducting this webinar. Dr. Vandna Upreti, Dr. Sunita Singh, Dr. Manjari Khanna, Dr. Seema Singh, Dr. Vibha Agnihotri, Dr. Ruchi Saxena, DR. Satya Mishra, Dr. Antima Chowdhary, Dr. Neetu Mishra, Dr. Sheema Abbas were present in the Webinar.
